With more than 23 years of experience, Deborah G. Kohl is an attorney concentrating in the areas of workers' compensation and disability law.  She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Northeastern University School of Law.  She is a frequent lecturer and author on workers' compensation law, President of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group and past chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the American Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member of both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Trial Lawyer's Association.  Ms. Kohl is also listed in the annual publication, "The Best Lawyers in America."

 

Robert J. Deubel Jr. is a lawyer concentrating in the areas of workers' compensation and disability law.  He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.  He served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court.  He is a member of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Trial Lawyer's Association, as well as the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and  Florida Bar Associations.

 

Ryan Benharris is an attorney concentrating in the areas of workers’ compensation law, social security disability law, unemployment law, and municipal accidental disability retirements. Attorney Benharris is a 2001 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 2005 graduate of Southern New England School of Law where he served as the President of the Student Bar Association, and is a former elected Committee Chairperson of the Board of Alumni Association. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ,and is a member of the national Workers’ Injury Litigation Group. He was hired as an attorney at Law Offices of Deborah G. Kohl in 2005 after working at the firm as a paralegal for three years. In 2008, Attorney Benharris was awarded the Stanley Rudman Award for Advocacy by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. A panel of over twenty practicing attorneys and two Massachusetts Superior Court Judges selected Attorney Benharris, out of a group of twenty-five attorneys, to receive this award.
